As some point, everyone has to deal with fear. We all have fears and have been afraid So, whether we fear is not the question. The question is, "what do we do then we are afraid?" This message is a challenge to receive the mind that was already given to you when you were born again - the mind of Jesus. His mind is one that can sleep in a storm on a boat. His way of thinking sees feeding 5,000 people needing lunch with only a few loaves and fish a probability. How can we align our mindsets with His?

"The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, and through him to reconcile all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross." (Colossians 1:15-20, NIV).

"For God has not gives us a spirit of fear..." (2 Timothy 1:7). What is a spirit of fear? It's not talking about the demon spirit of fear. "For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the spirit of adoption by whom we cry out 'Abba, Father.' The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God," (Romans 8:15-16). A spirit of fear is a spirit of bondage. It's an orphan spirit, a spirit of slavery. This is why it was so difficult for the Israelites in the wilderness. They had been slaves for 400 years. They had been delivered from slavery, but still held onto the fear. Often, we do the same. We’ve been born again, but we hold onto the patterns of fear that once ruled our lives.
Join us in Chapel Hill as Senior Pastor Matthew Bollinger continues the series on Sound Mind with a message about breaking free from the orphan spirit and stepping in to our true lives.

At the Last Supper, just before Passover, Satan shockingly enters Judas while they are at the Lord's Table (John 13:2, 26-30). In response, Jesus sets aside His dignity as Lord and takes on the servant role by washing His disciples' feet (John 13:3-20). This act is explained by Luke, who tells us that the disciples were arguing about who would be the greatest in the kingdom (Luke 22:24-27). Through this, Jesus reveals that humility and serving others are the keys to overcoming the influence of the accuser, Satan.
Join us in Mooresville as special guest speaker Pastor David Harwood takes a look at Jesus' model for service in the face of adversity.

As we search for identity and try to understand our callings, it is imperative that we keep our eyes on Jesus as our vision (Hebrews 12:12, Proverbs 29:18). Only then can we run the race of this life that is set before us, keeping firmly grounded in Him. As we understand who Jesus is, He reveals who we are, and then launches us into our callings as we see in Peter's examples shared in the Gospel of Matthew (16:13-19).
Join us in Wilmington as Senior Pastor Ryan Meade continues our series unpacking the vision for RLW and invites us to keep our eyes on Jesus.

Remember during the pandemic, 2 Timothy 1:7 was a huge message for us all? "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind." (2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV). Our guest speaker, John Matthews, said last week "We've seen many moves of the Holy Spirit that has emphasized His Love... but now, He wants to pour out a revival of a sound mind." Sound Mind comes from the Greek words for "safe" and "the mind;" therefore, it's literally "safe thinking." The word denotes good judgment, disciplined thought patters, and the ability to understand and make right decisions. Literally, we as born-again Christians, have been given the supernatural capacity to think like Jesus did. Study the life of Jesus and find out what this actually looks like.
Join us in Chapel Hill as Senior Pastor Matthew Bollinger shares a vision and encouragement of what God wants to do in the Church in this season.

The Lord calls us close, drawing us to His side - where the blood and water flowed when He was pierced. The headwaters of the River of Life were unleashed into the earth when Christ was pierced by the Roman soldier (John 19:31-34). He draws us to His side to reveal new insights about Himself and His ways. Many mysteries about Him and His ways are still waiting to be unveiled.
Join us in Mooresville as Senior Pastor Byron Wicker shares a message in anticipation of Easter, and an invitation to unravel the mysteries of the Lord.

The voice of the Lord is powerful. As believers, we all have the ability to hear His voice. Jesus said in John 10, my sheep hear my voice and they follow me. As we grow in hearing the voice of God we can also go in the prophetic. And as we grow in the prophetic we must understand that there are God given parameters and protocol. The purpose of the prophetic is to release edification, exhortation, and comfort with a motivation of love. Every believer can grow in hearing the voice of God and the best way to do so is through friendship with God.
Join us in Mooresville as guest speaker Jenn Forte shares some wisdom on the practice of the prophetic.
