God's heart and plan for the church is that it would be a body of believers that are grounded in the Hesed (attachment) love of God. His attachment to us and in us flows outward to one another. We see examples of this attachment love displayed in the Book of Ruth. Ruth showed Hesed (attachment) to Naomi. Brain science now has confirmed that attachment is the source of joy. The church is designed for joy and to be joy generators. When we the church lean into Hesed love and attachment, we become the authentic dwelling place of God's Spirit.
Join us in Mooresville as Pastor Becky Wicker shares some teachings from the recent Women's Retreat about God's redemptive plans for the church.

Paul exhorts us, "For Christ's love compels us, because we are convinced that no one died for us... that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him..." (2 Corinthians 5:14-15). What are we living for? Our hears come alive when we live from and for love... the extravagant Love of Jesus.
Join us in Chapel Hill as senior pastor Matthew Bollinger encourages us to seek ways to love those in and around our lives.

We have a rich and glorious inheritance in Christ, and the Holy Spirit is the one who guarantees we will receive our inheritance. By His power, we were raised up with Christ and seated with Him in the heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6). This heavenly position signifies our inheritance, authority, and privileges' as children of God. We share in Christ's reign and authority over all things. Thus, we are far above powers and principalities, just as Christ is far above them. The Holy Spirit wants to make this out reality.
Join us in Mooresville as senior pastor Byron Wicker leads us through Ephesians in a discussion about inheritance.

When you accepted Christ, you were born into the Kingdom of God and the family of God. Your salvation isn't just personal, it's corporate. So, how do we live as people of the light as we anticipate the return of Jesus? We need to encourage one another to stand in our Kingdom assignment.
Join us in Chapel Hill as special guest speakers Mark and Grace Andringa share with us from 1 Thessalonians Chapter 5, and encourage us to stand in our Kingdom assignment.

The Tabernacle of David is being rebuilt and restored so all humanity can access our heavenly Father (Acts 15:16-18). Just as David placed the Ark of the Covenant in a tent in his yard (2 Samuel. 6:17), where it remained for 33 years so any person could come, access, and experience the blessing of God's presence. We aspire to be one of many places where people can come and experience the Lord's manifest presence as they did in David's time.
Join us in Mooresville as Senior Pastor Byron encourages us to seek a new set of glasses so that we may better see the workings of the Father.

Our vision is to be a dwelling place of God in Spirit (Ephesians 2:18-22). That is the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. We aspire to be one of many places where people can come and experience the Lord's presence, like what happened in the time of David when the Tabernacle of David was established. Jesus Christ is the Chief Cornerstone of this vision, and everything we do and become must be built around Him. If not, we will be like a house built on sand.
Join us in Chapel Hill as Byron Wicker, Senior Pastor of the Mooresville campus, speaks about the importance of creating a place for God in our lives.

We have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who comes from God. This same Spirit is given so that we may understand what has been freely given to us by God, and to better discern the ways of the world as opposed to the ways of God.
Join us in Mooresville as guest speaker Jim Hill works through 1 Corinthians 2 and how it applies to our lives as modern Christians.

Note: There was an issue with the audio this week which caused some distortion and popping from 8:40-14:30 and 27:45-33:45. Apologies for the inconvenience, we are working to resolve the issue for further episodes.
There are people listening, today, that are in need of wisdom - practical wisdom about situations in your life. The Bible says, “need wisdom, ask . . .” You can have all the spiritual understanding, knowledge, revelation and insight in the world, yet, if you don’t have ‘practical wisdom’ to accompany it, it becomes like water poured out onto the ground. It’s similar to Paul’s admonishing the church in 1 Cor. 13 that they could operate in all of the spiritual gifts, but if they don’t have LOVE then they are pointless.
Join us in Chapel Hill as Senior Pastor Matthew Bollinger continues his "Ways of Jesus" series with a message that offers hope to all of those in need of practical wisdom in their life.

God designed us for joy, not worry. He tells us not to worry about anything because worry is a thief and a destroyer. Worrying involves focusing on possible adverse outcomes and anticipating failure, difficulty, and turmoil by fixating on "what ifs" and worst-case scenarios. Whenever you feel tempted to worry, view it as an opportunity from the Holy Spirit to pray with gratitude. The more you worry, the less time you spend praying. However, the more you pray, the less you worry.
Join us in Mooresville as Senior Pastor Byron Wicker encourages us to walk in the freedom of the Grace and Peace of Jesus.

The world is fascinated with AI! Predicted to do a lot of good, yet could destroy the world as we know it. “AI” is simply a counterfeit to what we have been given in Christ - SI, or “Spiritual Intelligence”. In Christ, we have access to “all knowledge in the heavenly places. The Scripture lays out how Jesus accessed this knowledge and, therefore, we can access it as well.
Join us in Chapel Hill as Senior Pastor Matthew Bollinger continues his series on the Ways of Jesus.
