You are a child of God your Father. Regardless of how you were parented—good, or bad, or not at all—we are all in a lifelong process of being "re-parented" by the Father. Therefore, we want to allow the Father to heal us from trauma, pain, and a false view of family in order that we might, now, raise our kids with a passion, and represent Him well to our generation who needs to see what a family looks like.

Join us in Chapel Hill as Head Pastor Matthew Bollinger teaches us about the Biblical practice of parenthood in a modern context.

One way God builds us and guides us towards our destiny is by removing things to establish us (Hebrews 10:9). The reason is that God is the God of the new (Revelation 21:5). In the Kingdom of God, every ending marks a new beginning, and every removal paves the way for establishment and brings us closer to our destiny (1 Peter 5:10).

Join us in Mooresville as Senior Pastor Byron Wicker continues to examine the story of Joseph for insights into the way God moves in our lives.

One of the greatest truths of the gospel is that we are not only adopted as sons and daughters of God, but also made heirs of His promises. As heirs, we've been given full access to our Father's inheritance—not only the hope of eternity, but His promises, provision, and presence in our lives today.

Join us in Wilmington as Head Pastor Ryan Meade shares how to step out of an orphan mindset and live fully in the rich inheritance that already belongs to you.

RiverLife Chapel Hill's vision is to be a multi-generational, multi-ethnic, Spirit-filled family rooted in God's presence and united in His mission. Drawing from Ephesians, our church family embraces its identity as Kingdom citizens, members of God's household as sons and daughters, and living stoned being built together. We desire for each person to be encouraged to contribute their unique gifts to help build a lasting legacy and reveal the love of Jesus to the world.

Join us in Chapel Hill for our Vision Sunday, led by Head Pastors Matthew and Sarah Bollinger.

Scripture emphasizes that relationships can shape our future for better or for worse. You may have calling, potential, education, skill, and anointing, but if your relationships fail, you'll encounter unnecessary heartache (Isaiah 58:9). Even the power of generosity, when not supported by healthy relationships, is hindered (Luke 6:37–38). Your destiny is inseparably tied to your relationships.

Join us in Mooresville as Senior Pastor Byron Wicker encourages us to seek relational wisdom when considering our ministry.

From the beginning, God's plan was not just to forgive us, but to bring us home through the process of adoption (Ephesians 1:5). Jesus promised that we would not be left as orphans (John 14:18), and through the Spirit, we are no longer fearful slaves but beloved sons and daughters (Romans 8:15). These facts must cause us to ask: are we living like children of the Father, or still carrying the mindset of orphans?

Join us in Wilmington as Head Pastor Ryan Meade challenges to step out of our orphan spirit and into the joy of adoption.

As Christians in today's world, we need the gift of discernment more than ever before. The Holy Spirit has made this spiritual gift available for each one of us. However, the spirit of this age can make discerning of thing around us very difficult. Just as Peter, James, and John at times tried to get Jesus to respond in an improper way, we can all make the same mistake. Instead, lean in and watch the witness of the Spirit inside of you.

Join us in Chapel Hill as Head Pastor Matthew Bollinger encourages us to seek the Spirit's gift of discernment in this age we have been placed in.

When the psalmist says "deep calls to deep" (Psalm 42:7), he feels like he's drowning beneath God's waves. Yet Moses reminds us: "The word is very near you" (Deuteronomy 30:11–14). Even when your soul feels crushed, His nearness responds to your depths. You don't need to climb mountains or chase distant experiences. God is already near, in your everyday life.

Join us in Mooresville as guest speaker Nate Silverman encourages us to turn to the Lord in the midst of our wilderness seasons.

Jesus first sets an example, and then calls us, as his disciples—to live as servants. The role of the servant changes a little bit in the transition from the Old Testament to the New Testament, but both have information on how we might embrace the characteristics of being a servant.

Join us in Wilmington as guest speaker Cory Meade explores the Biblical role of the servant, and reflects on how it can be translated into our lives today.

In the tension of the best and worst of times that we are living in, we're called to shine and carry God's Presence. Repentance opens the way to walk in our true identity as sons and daughters, receiving the joy of God's Kingdom instead of the lies that steal, kill, and destroy.

Join us in Chapel Hill as Pastor Sarah Bollinger unpacks Jesus' command to repent in the light of our missions as Christians on this earth.
