In Paul's letters to Timothy, he urges the young pastor to not neglect the spiritual gifts God placed within him, but to actively stir them up and fan them into a flame. Spiritual gifts are not something we conjure up, they are given by the Spirit as God's provision to equip us for the good works He prepared in advance for us and to build up the body of Christ.
Join us in Wilmington as Head Pastor Ryan Meade teaches on the foundation of spiritual gifts and invites us to reignite what God has placed in us to better serve Him.

In the Old Testament, a Shunamite woman built a room for the prophet Elisha (2 Kings 4). She recognized God's grace in his life and chose to create a space for him. This is a powerful message. When we set aside space in our hears and daily routines, we allow the Holy Spirit to work in us and shape us. Just as in the story of the Shunamite woman, the Holy Spirit works in remarkable ways.
Join us in Mooresville as Head Pastor Byron Wicker encourages us to make space for the Holy Spirit in out lives, even when it seems inconvenient.

Humans were created to work in partnership with each other. We should not be ashamed or embarrassed to cry out for help. Indeed, we have the gift of the Holy Spirit who is our ever present helper.
Join us in Wilmington as Pastor Cory Meade dives into how the faith of the Gentile woman (Matt. 15:22–28) can be used as an example for our lives.

David sang, "Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases?" (Psalm 103:1–3 NKJV). How do we "tap into" His benefits? By believing and acting on every word He has spoken in Scripture, and every word He is speaking to us today.
Join us in Chapel Hill as Head Pastor Matthew Bollinger kicks off the Advent season with an affirmation of the fact that God keeps His promises, and an encouragement for us to hope in them.

The Book of Job represents the question that humanity continually asks: Where is God when life falls apart? Is God truly good? Can we trust Him when we don’t see His blessings? Job expresses humanity's cries in the darkness. Jesus is the answer to these cries. Just as Jesus entered our darkness on the cross and experienced what we feel, abandonment, we may sometimes lose awareness of God's presence. However, He never abandons us or lets us go.
Join us in Mooresville as Head Pastor Byron Wicker dives into the wisdom of the Book of Job and examines our relationship with God in light of it.

In Mark 9, Jesus took three of His disciples up a mountain. There, there were no crowds, no miracles, no sermons. In that place, created by stillness and separation, something extraordinary occurred. Greater than all the healings and miracles before it, the true nature of Christ was revealed. Sometimes we need to pause long enough to create space for God. When we do, heaven often breaks through.
Join us in Chapel Hill as Pastor Byron Wicker dives into Mark 9 and its significance for our church in the modern age.
